The Food Babe has become a household name for making food-related pronouncements that are generally not quite accurate.
Now she’s turning to food as a way to make a difference in the world.
She launched an app called “EtcEtC” to help people improve their eating habits.
Her website also features advice on what to eat for health reasons.
“We can’t all be perfect.
But we can all be much better,” she told Business Insider in an interview.
For example, people who don’t drink coffee often say it doesn’t burn their tongues.
“You know what they say in the business world: You have to be a perfectionist to be successful,” she said.
“The people who are really trying to make the most of their lives, that’s the people who do it right, who take care of themselves.
It’s not about making sure you’re eating the right foods.
It doesn’t matter what kind of diet you’re following.”
Here are some of the things people who eat clean eat:Organic products are better for you.
“It’s the organic stuff that actually has the healthiest food,” said Lisa Mihalopoulos, an assistant professor of nutrition and food science at Cornell University.
“Organic foods are high in healthy nutrients, they’re low in calories and they’re very good for you.”
But the average American doesn’t consume organic foods every day.
She also doesn’t eat dairy, eggs, poultry, seafood, nuts or seeds.
She doesn’t use a lot of fresh fruit or vegetables.
She’s also not a vegetarian.
The Food Babe also recommends that people avoid certain foods if they are on a strict diet.
She said if you are going to be vegan or vegetarian, you need to eat all of the foods she recommends, but you can also eat other plants.
“I can’t tell you how many times people have said, ‘Oh, I don’t really like green vegetables, I’ve never tried them,’ ” she said, laughing.
People can make healthy food choices by following the instructions in her app.
“Eat whatever you like,” she says on her website.
“You should always be able to say, ‘I can eat whatever I want,'” she added.
