How to Cook Your Favorite Fruit, Veggies, and Vegetables in a Few Easy Steps

This is one of my favorite ways to cook veggies.

It’s super easy and the results are delicious.

We have a ton of fruit, veggie, and fruit and veggie burgers, salads, sandwiches, and other veggies that I can’t wait to use in my next meal.

It makes a great filling for sandwiches, dips, and soups.

The best part is, you can buy the oils and extracts separately from each other for a fraction of the cost.

Just make sure to wash your vegetables before adding the oil.

Here’s how.

1.

Remove the stems from the cucumbers, zucchini, and radishes.

You can chop them up with a mandoline or chop them into chunks with your hands.

You could also slice them into smaller pieces.

If you don’t have a mandolin, you could use a bread knife.

Chop the tops off of the vegetables.

This is a good time to check for the oil that’s in them, because you’ll want to remove all of the oil when you are cooking them.

This oil can be found in grocery stores or in some of the online stores.

Place the vegetables in a bowl.

You don’t need to use a bowl to soak them, since the oil will come out of the bowl as it cooks.

You’ll need to place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cover them with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight.

After that time, you’ll need the oil to marinate the vegetables until they are ready to eat.

Place your vegetables into a large, nonstick skillet.

I use my regular skillet, which is a little smaller than a pizza box.

Place a bowl over the skillet and pour the oil over it.

Be careful to leave some room around the edges of the skillet so you can remove the pan from the skillet when you’re done.

I like to leave a bit of oil on the bottom so I can remove it easily.

The pan is hot and the oil is getting a little sticky, so be careful not to rub your hand all over the pan while you’re cooking.

6.

When the oil starts to simmer, flip the veggies over.

The oil should come off easily.

Repeat this step until all of your vegetables are cooked.
