The result means that Inter have not lost in their last four Champions League games, with the previous two coming against Barcelona and Juventus in the last four years.
This is the first time that Juventus have reached the final of the trophy since 2006.
Juose will be celebrating their 20th anniversary this year, after winning the Italian Cup with Juventus in 2003 and 2007.
Juvenile footballer Andrea Di Francesco was named as the man who took Juve to the final.
The former AC Milan and Inter player has represented Italy in the Copa America for the past five years, winning the title twice.
In his last appearance for Inter, he won the Europa League in his second season in the club.
The club have also won the European Under-21 Championship, the Coppa Italia and the UEFA Europa League since 2004.
